Parallel was Tommy Hilfiger's first venture into virtual worlds. As part of the campaign, the company launched a collection of digital avatar outfits based on garments sold in Tommy Hilfiger stores, on their website, and at other retailers.
Consumers could preview outfits in the collection one of pre-created Ready Player Me avatars based on models displaying real-life outfits on Tommy Hilfiger's online store.
The digital outfits were available to claim on Ready Player Me for free to the visitors of the Parallel Tommy Hilfiger website. The virtual versions of the garments are compatible with all apps and games using full-body Ready Player Me avatars.
